Products & Availability

Our rubs and hot sauces are made in small batches and handcrafted in Plentywood, Montana. Because of this, items may occasionally sell out or vary slightly in color, texture, or heat from batch to batch. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We do our best to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors may occur; if we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you before shipping. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders over $50. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier. Placer Peaks is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are consumable food items, we generally cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons. However, your satisfaction matters to us: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, such as The Official Cookbook, are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once the download has been accessed.

Food Safety & Allergens

Our products are prepared in a facility that handles spices, peppers, garlic, and other ingredients. Please review product labels for ingredient information. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, use these products at your own discretion and consult the label before consuming.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including the Placer Peaks name, logo, product names, label artwork, photos, and text—is owned by Placer Peaks Rubs And Sauces LLC and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Placer Peaks is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
